Refund Policy
Customers may request a refund within 7 days of receiving their order if:
- The wrong book was delivered.
- The product was damaged during delivery.
- The product received is significantly different from the item ordered.
To request a refund, please contact our customer support team with your order details and relevant photos (if applicable).
Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed according to the original payment method.
Exchange Policy
Customers may exchange a product within 30 days (1 month) of receiving their order.
Exchange requests are accepted if:
- The customer received the wrong item.
- The book is damaged or defective.
- The customer wishes to exchange the item for another available book.
The exchanged product must be returned in good condition.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns or exchanges may not be accepted if:
- The product has been used, damaged, or altered by the customer.
- More than 7 days have passed since delivery for refund requests.
- More than 30 days have passed since delivery for exchange requests.
